1. General Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, such as holidays or promotional sales.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted shipping carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-4 business days. Shipping costs are higher than standard shipping and are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are higher than expedited shipping and are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this link to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation.

4. Shipping Issues and Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or around your property first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact our customer service team at support@sunloshades.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Sunlo Corp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
Delayed Shipments: While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Sunlo Corp is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@sunloshades.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Remote Locations: Some remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time or may be subject to limited delivery services. We will notify you if there are any specific restrictions or requirements for shipping to your location.
Hazardous Materials: Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to hazardous materials regulations. We will inform you if any product in your order falls under this category.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Order Changes: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. If you need to add items to your order, please place a new order.
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
