1. No Returns or Exchanges
- Custom and Made-to-Order Products: Our motorized roller shades are custom-made to fit your specifications. Once an order is placed, it goes into production immediately. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including incorrect measurements, color selections, or change of mind. Please double-check all measurements and options before placing your order.
- Final Sale: All products purchased from Sunlo Corp are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products under any circumstances.
2. Order Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders go into production and cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation within the allowable timeframe, please contact us at support@sunloshades.com immediately.
- Modifications: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. Please ensure that all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care to ensure that your custom shades are crafted with the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will work to resolve the issue promptly:
- Reporting Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at support@sunloshades.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.

4. Warranty Information
- Limited Warranty: Sunlo Corp offers a limited warranty on our motorized roller shades for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by improper installation, or modifications made by the customer.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items
